Selective solid-phase reduction of iron and phosphorus in oolite ores the Lisakovsky Ayat deposits was experimentally studied. Using X-ray phase analysis, composition initial samples after roasting determined. Goethite, magnetite quartz were found both deposits. Phosphorus ore deposit is form aluminum phosphate hydrophosphate, – as a component calcium hydrophosphate. Experiments on carried out resistance furnace at 1000 °C with holding time 5 h. After CO atmosphere, α-Fe appears samples, while remains iron, phosphates. mixture graphite, reduced by solid carbon from phosphates passes into metal, but phosphate. Studies using microroentgenospectral analysis show that content metal 2.0 3.5 at. %. When metallic practically not detected. At same time, amount residual oxide monoxide significantly exceeds carbon. The experimental results confirm possibility selective without reduction.
